About Us
Introduction
The Korean-American Society of Civil, Environmental, and Architectural Professionals (KSCEA) was established on August 12, 2011, during the 2011 US-Korea Conference at Park City, Utah. KSCEA is also affiliated with the Korean-American Scientists and Engineers Association (KSEA) as one of the affiliated professional societies (APS). As a membership association, KSCEA is open to any Korean or Korean-American professional residing in North America and working in civil, environmental, architectural, transportation, structural, and other related infrastructure research, education, and industry with a Bachelor's degree or above.
Objectives of KSCEA
The objectives of KSCEA shall be to promote fellowship among Korean American civil, environmental, and architectural professionals and to help members and junior professionals achieve their fullest career potential through networking and sharing technical information.
Business
The KSCEA shall be operated as a non-profit organization and conduct the following activities to achieve the objectives above:
- Activities to promote fellowship among members.
- Activities to share information, provide career advice, and support technical advances in the areas of civil, environmental, and architectural engineering in North America and Korea.
- Other activities to promote professional growth opportunities of the members.
