KSCEA Awards

The KSCEA is dedicated to recognizing and supporting outstanding talent within our community. Each year, we proudly offer four annual awards to honor individuals who have demonstrated exceptional promise, dedication, and achievement at various stages of their careers—from students to early-career leaders.

Annual Award Categories

• Hosin Lee Early Career Faculty Award – $1,000 This award recognizes an early-career faculty member who has demonstrated remarkable excellence in teaching, research, and service within the fields of civil, environmental, and architectural professional fields.
• Early Career Researcher Award (Post-Doc) – $1,000 Designed to celebrate emerging scholars, this award honors a researcher who has made outstanding scholarly contributions and shown exceptional innovation early in their academic or research career.
• Early Career Professional Award – $1,000 This award highlights the achievements of an emerging professional in the industry who has exhibited exemplary leadership, technical skill, and positive impact in civil or environmental engineering practice.
• Student of the Year Award – $500 This award supports and honors an undergraduate or graduate student who has displayed academic excellence, dedication to their studies, and active involvement in the engineering community.
